Prior to joining St. Cloud Capital, he worked at FTI Consulting and, prior thereto, at BNY Mellon Capital Markets, LLC, where he specialized in financial restructurings, corporate carveouts, leveraged buyouts and growth equity investments across the healthcare, technology, energy, and telecom sectors. 
 
Mr. Umoh earned a B.B.A in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from the University of Houston and has a Masters in Energy Economics and Corporate Finance from Rice University.
